Yuri’s path started with curiosity.

As a child, he walked his neighbourhood with a notebook, tracking license plates of cars nearby. At the age of 4, he was already fascinated by how systems and patterns worked.

By the age of seven, he was writing sports articles and summaries of books he read, fascinated by storytelling and search of truth in every moment.

Raised by an engineer father and a teacher mother, he grew up with a blend of logic and empathy - learning how to think analytically while deeply connecting with people.

Over the years he explored many identities: Performer. Writer. Commentator. Engineer. Explorer. Martial Artist. Strategist. Even visionary ideas like designing an Experimental City pulled at him. Every chapter was a search for what it meant to live with purpose.

This search eventually led him into a successful 20 years+ Corporate Marketing career, where he launched major brands and led complex, high-stakes initiatives.

On the surface, he had achieved everything he set out to do. Yet inwardly, something was misaligned.

In 2020, after the loss of his father and a global pause that forced deep reflection, Yuri made a defining decision. He stepped away from his former career and identity to rebuild his life from the inside out — grounded in clarity, integrity, and vision.

That transformation became the foundation of his work today.

Yuri now guides founders and coaches through their own journey— helping them clarify direction and build lives and businesses aligned with who they truly are.
